Return Policy
We at METAHL hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are unhappy for any reason, you may return it for a refund keeping in mind the following:
- Merchandise must be in undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
- Wallets plated with real 24 karat gold must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Other merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- It is the customer’s obligation to pay shipping costs to the METAHL returns department.

Warranty
All of our wallets come with a 1-year replacement warranty on the O-rings to ensure proper function. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents. The warranty does not cover any damage to the plated gold surface.
